3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment schedules and amounts are defined in each separate contract. Work may bepaused for non-payment.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless explicitly transferred in writing, we retain ownership of methodologies, materials, creative frameworks, and strategic processes. Clients receive usage rights only as permitted in their agreement.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to safeguard non-public information shared during engagements unless disclosure is legally required.

6. LIABILITY

Services are provided without guarantees of specific outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an engagement as defined in the applicable contract. Clientsmust pay for work completed up to the termination date.
